Toolbar Buttons for choosing Level to Expand/Collapse to?

Found this wonderful program a few weeks ago and have been using it daily since.  The only missing feature I am finding that I could really use is the ability to click in the Toolbar the level number- (1,2,3, etc.) to which the outline will Expand/Collapse when I click it.

For example: If I am outlining a screenplay, Acts 1,2,3 might be Level 1, each scene would be listed at Level 2, elements in each specific scene would be at Level 3, dialogue would be at Level 4, etc. If I only want to see the scenes I click "2", and all the Level 3 scene elements and Level 4 dialogue collapse.

There could be 7 buttons in a row which one could choose to add to the toolbar: 1 2 3 5 6, and one for All, which would expand the entire outline.

Seems like an awful lot of toolbar real estate. Wouldn't this be better served as "Expand to..." and "Collapse to..." menu items?
