Deleting topics should select topic beneath

I want to select a topic, then delete, delete, delet (say if I have finished an outline, and discard topics are at the end).

Therefore, the topic below the deleted topic should be selected, because if the topic above the deleted topic is selected, I will either carelessly delete it, or will have to take an extra step to click on the topic below.

I think Opal's behavior is consistent with other outliners (at least the two I checked, Acta and Omni).

I also don't really think there's any one usage pattern in deleting multiple topics (top down or bottom up). Any approach will be wrong some of the time if you happen to start on the wrong end.

Finally, if you're deleting multiple topics, why not select them all? The drag-select is how I do this most often, but you can also click or use keyboard navigation (Help > Opal Help explains).
