Is it possible to choose what headlines I want to print as expanded? Seem slike if I print something, I print the whole thing.

I'm not sure this is quite what you're after, but it sounds like a job for "Print only visible topics" in the Print dialog.

What I often do is expand and collapse to show the topics of interest, and then check this box when printing. (Don't forget to uncheck it on your next print -- the Opal settings are tucked away in the Print dialog in Tiger.)
