Text formatting

Is it possible to add a text ruler so that tabs can be set within topics? Also, under Format, could you add Justification:(Left;Right;Center)?

I've been really hesitant to have a ruler, because the main use of tab will be to move between columns (in a future release).

I vote, and always shall, to keep it simple!

And please, don't ever abandon the first version when you "upgrade"!

Does "simple" mean no rulers or no columns?

And I don't really know what you mean by abandoning the first version. I expect when there are columns that you'll never need to see a column header unless you want to. But if there's a version 1.1, then bugs would be fixed in 1.1.1 not 1.0.1.

MORE used to use Option-Tab to move tabs, plain Tab to move within the outline, such as to another column. Word also uses Option-Tab to tab within a table cell, plain Tab to change cells.

I have a MORE outline that has both my and my wife's frequent flyer account name, password, number of miles and contact phone number. It is nice to have them line up. They are in only one part of a larger outline, so columns wouldn't be appropriate.

I should add that for 21 years now, I have been keeping my calendar schedule in outline format. It has become quite sophisticated. It started with Think Tank, MORE's predecessor, then to the various versions of MORE and now to whatever I can replace MORE with most effectively, including Opal.

'Simple' meant neither rulers nor columns.

While I understand what you are saying about bugs, by 'not abandoning' I mean it should be possible for a user to survive without 'ever' upgrading if he does not want, need, or like a more 'sophisticated' program.

Kind of like still using Acta after all these years! :-)
