How to change fonts ("Typestyles")

I can't figure out how to change all the fonts in the document at the same time.  In Acta it was "Set typestyles" -> All ("you can't undo"  :-).  In addition, the I.A.B.1 label text is in a different font from the text used for the rest of the outline.  Is there any way to set it?  It's great news that Acta will have a new life in OS X!

Select first, then change. And you can undo.

On-screen labels have always been in a different font.
